Lippincott’s Online Learning Center
Lippincott’s Online Learning Center provides hospitals and other healthcare institutions a web-based, interactive platform to deliver Lippincott's Professional Development Programs. These programs are designed to optimize nursing performance, increase clinical knowledge, ensure staff competence, and improve patient outcomes.
The library of programs contains a series of e-courses, case studies, competency evaluations, and tutorials delivered in easy-to-learn, interactive formats. Pre and post tests, embedded self-assessments, video, images, charts, video clips, and audio add realism and improve information retention, building staff confidence as competency, skills, and performance improves. In addition, robust administrative capabilities deliver full staff tracking, including the ability to define staff requirements, assign required and optional courses, set passing scores, track staff progress, and calculate unit and group success.
